It was in the mail!

I participated in an Embroidery Mini Quilt Swap. I received a wonderful surprise in the mail this morning. My partner sent my mini this morning and it is beautiful. A big thank-you to my partner Linda from Hamilton. She did a marvelous job.

Bag Sew Along

I finished the mini quilt for the embroidery mini quilt swap. I will post the pictures of the finished product when my swap partner receives them.

A Finish

For the Friday Nite Sew-In last nite I finished the mini quilt I am sending for the Embroidery Mini Quilt Swap and one of two dishcloths I am making to include in a bridal shower gift later this month. One of the requirements for the quilt swap is that it must include a way to hang it up and I was at a loss as to how to do that until I found this video at http://quiltotaku.blogspot.com/2009/11/how-to-hang-quilt-on-wall-tutorial-for.html .

Friday Nite Sew-In

The May Friday Nite Sew-In is happening on May 21st. I am hopeing to make some progress on some of the projects I have started. Maybe finish the mini quilt for the embroidery mini-quilt swap.
