Progress!

I have finally finished crocheting the last of the strips for the mile-a-minute afghan and now comes the job of joining the strips together. As you can see from the picture I have the first two strips together and I hope to have the whole thing finished very soon. I am so glad to be making progress on this.

Friday Nite Sew-In

Well I decided to work on a crocheted afghan I started about three Christmases ago. It is a mile-a-minute pattern made in a Christmas green, white and red. I have made this pattern years ago using up scraps of yarn that I had laying around. I wanted the current one a bit larger. This pattern is quite simple to add to. The stripe I worked on is the nineth of ten stripes that I am going to use for this project. I am getting closer to the end!

What to work on???

I have several projects on the go right now. I just keep bouncing from one to another and not getting any of them finished. So I will be joining the Friday Night Sew-in to work on at least one of the projects on my to do list. Maybe I will even get one finished or at least close to it.
